01 Bikhre kaagaz
Nothing is lost. It is just scattered.
The bank wants the form filled today. Nobody knows where the Aadhaar is. Papa's phone, maybe. Or a WhatsApp chat from 2019. Or the almirah, and the key is with someone who gets home at eight.
One person has the key
The house file lives with them. So does everyone else’s schedule.

Insurance does not announce itself. You find out at the hospital counter, or at the checkpost.

Six categories, and they are the obvious six. The prescription goes to Health. The RC goes to Vehicle. Nobody has to think about it.

The date will not slip past you
Set reminders for important dates, bills, appointments, or paper expiries. Link a document and add a remark message whenever needed, and toggle any reminder on or off anytime.

First paper in three minutes
Three screens, start to finish. There is no fourth one.
Point the camera
Hold the paper flat. The app finds the edges, straightens it, and reads the name off the front.
Answer two questions
Whose paper it is, and who is allowed to open it. Everything else on that screen is optional.

It is in the vault, and anyone you allowed can find it. We will watch the date so nobody has to.

Your Drive. Not our servers.
Parivar Vault makes one private folder inside your own Google Drive and shows you what is in it. That is the whole arrangement. Delete the app tomorrow and every paper is still yours, sitting exactly where it always was.

What people ask before signing up
Where are my papers kept?
In your own Google Drive, inside a private folder we create for you. We do not keep a copy anywhere. Open Drive right now and you can see the folder sitting there, yours, with everything in it.
How do I add my family?
Two ways. Invite them with a name and a phone number, and choose what they get: "Only see shared", which is the safest setting for kids and elders, or "Add & share too", which is full access like yours. And if someone does not use a phone at all, add them with just a name and a relation. Their papers still live in the vault, and you look after them.
Can my family see my private papers?
No. Every paper carries its own rule. Anything marked "only me" stays invisible to everyone, including whoever set up the family. Sharing wider is always something you choose, never a default.
What if I lose my phone?
Nothing is lost. The papers were never on the phone, they were in Drive. Sign in on the new phone and it is all back. And with app lock on, the old phone opens nothing.
How do reminders work?
You can set independent reminders for important updates like school fees, bills, or doctor appointments at a fixed date and time, with an optional remark message. You can also link a document or set an expiry reminder when uploading papers. Any reminder can be toggled on or off anytime.

Aadhaar, most likely. Do that one today. The rest of the house can follow slowly.
